Moderate Abrasion Kit

A focused wound-care kit for road rash, trail injuries, and larger abrasions.

The Moderate Abrasion Kit is designed for abrasions that are too large for a standard large adhesive bandage, but small enough to manage with one layered dressing set.

What counts as “moderate”?

A moderate abrasion is:

Larger than a large 2×4 adhesive bandage, but no larger than about an 8×10 photo or standard sheet of printer paper.

Kit concept

One pouch. One moderate abrasion.

The Moderate Abrasion Kit is sized to clean and dress one moderate abrasion area using a layered dressing system.

The core dressing logic is:

Wound → Contact layer → Absorbent layer → Securing layer → Outer protection

This helps prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound, manage drainage, keep the dressing in place, and protect the wound during movement.

What this kit is not for:

This kit is not intended for heavy or uncontrolled bleeding, deep lacerations, burns, bite wounds, puncture wounds, penetrating wounds, open fractures, or wounds with exposed tendon, bone, joint, or deep structure.
